Real Runabouts Rendezvous, Lord Fletchers Old Lake Lodge – September 6 & 7 (open to Woods & Water II participants)

Friday, 9/6                   
Lake Minnetonka Cruise, Al & Alma’s, 10:00 – 2:00, Presentation: "The Boathouses of Lake Minnetonka," book by author Melinda Nelson. Lunch will be served on the cruise boat.

Captain’s Dinner – Lord Fletchers Old Lake Lodge (show venue) 6:00pm – 9:00​pm

Whitefish Chain of Lakes 8:00am – 3:00pm. Launch and trailer parking, Marine Max Crosslake
                                   
Cruise #1 departs Moonlite Bay Restaurant at 10:00am.
Lunch at Moonlite Bay at noon
Cruise #2 departs Moonlite Bay Restaurant at 1:00pm

Tuesday, 9/10             
Whitefish Chain of Lakes 8:00am – 3:00pm.   

Cruise #3 departs Moonlite Bay Restaurant at 10:00am
Lunch at Moonlite Bay at noon
Cruise #4 departs Moonlite Bay Restaurant at 1:00pm

Load and return to Gull Lake, Marine Max Crosslake

Off-site excursion: Legacy of the Lakes Museum (Bus transportation provided departing from and returning to Madden’s 9:00am – 4:00pm)

Welcome Reception at Fort Mahogany (ticketed event), 5:00pm – 9:00pm (Bus transportation provided from Guest and Trailer parking lot, no personal vehicles will be allowed to park onsite.)

9:00 - 9:30AM Boat Insurance and Differentiators presented by Hagerty Marine Join us for a discussion on how your boat can be different than protecting another asset like your home or a car. We will cover general insurance policy terms and coverages along with coverages that apply specifically to boat owners. Included, we will spotlight specific highlights of watercraft coverages available through Hagerty along with unique coverages available for antique and classic boat owners. Ryan Ruskowski of Hagerty will lead us through the ins and outs of insuring your treasure. 

10:00AM – 12:00PM Honey, I’ve got this. The first seminar offered at ACBS Vintage Boat Week specifically for women. Pioneered by Glacier Lakes Chapter member Jane Larson, this seminar is designed to provide specific insights, in an uplifting way, especially for women.

1:30 – 2:45PM The History of Powerboating in America. Our own Land O lakes Chapter member Lee Wangstad will share the results of a lifetime of collecting and researching recreational boats and boat brands in the U.S. Don’t miss this one! 

​2:45 – 4:00PM Shoot Your Boat (Better). Renowned vintage boat photographers Steve Lapkin, Dane Anderson, and Holly Weber will provide their insights on how to take better photos of your boat. They suggest bringing your camera along, as they will walk through the settings and pro tips they rely on when capturing breathtaking photography.

ACBS International Board Meeting – Maddens,10:00am-2:00pm

Reception and Ski Show (by the Brainerd Ski Loons) 5:30pm – 9:00pm at Madden’s (heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served)

Boat show at the docks at Bar Harbor on Gull Lake 
(Show runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm)

Fundraising event at the Anderson Classic Boats Museum in Nisswa (ticketed event) 6:00pm - 10:00pm (Bus transportation provided from                    Anderson Classic Boats parking lot, no personal vehicles will be allowed to park onsite.)

Saturday, 9/14           
Boat show at the docks at Bar Harbor on Gull Lake
 (Show runs from 9:00am to 3:30pm)

Boat show awards ceremony: 10:00am at Bar Harbor

Awards banquet at Madden's:
